Additional Information

Please note that Chinawhite tickets only grant access to the Chinawhite enclosure. These tickets do not permit entry to any other enclosures outside of the Chinawhite site. We advise all our guests to be aware of this policy to avoid any inconveniences on the day of the event. Your understanding and compliance are greatly appreciated.

Age Restrictions:
Chinawhite during The Henley Royal Regatta is a 21 and over event. If you are lucky enough to look younger than 21, please make sure that you have an ID which you can provide on request. We are operating a "Challenge 25" policy at our bars, so any person who appears to look younger than 25 may be asked for ID. If they cannot provide suitable ID, the bar will refuse to sell them alcohol. Please note that the drinking age for the 'Challenge 25" policy is actually 18. If proof of age is requested at the Chinawhite enclosure, we will accept the following ID: Passport, Photo Driving Licence, Prove It Cards that carry the PASS logo (e.g. CitizenCard, ONE-ID4U, Validate UK). We would also like to clarify that photocopies of these documents will not be accepted as valid ID at the Chinawhite enclosures.

Tickets and Wristbands:
Any ticket purchases made in the 2 weeks prior to the event will require guests to bring their booking confirmation/s and a form of photo ID with them on the day to gain entry to the event. This includes all confirmations for a group or multiple purchases made under one name. Wristbands will be given out on arrival once a valid ticket or confirmation email is produced.

Dress Code:
We operate a smart summer dress code. Smart shorts for men are acceptable.

Important Chinawhite Notices:
Admission to the Chinawhite enclosure is subject to agreement to be searched. If you refuse to submit to a search you will not be able to enter the event.

 Information for Disabled Visitors

The enclosure is fully accessible to wheelchair users. Please note that the event is situated on a greenfield site and manoeuvrability is limited as such. There will be fully equipped medics on site throughout the event. If you have any accessibility needs or further enquiries regarding disabled access and facilities at the enclosure, please contact us prior via emai.

 Cloakroom / Cash Point Machines

Please note we have one cloakroom onsite. There are ATM machines onsite that accept debit and credit cards. Transactions are subject to surcharges.

Food and Drink

No chairs, tables, BBQs or other articles may be brought into the enclosure. Alcohol and food are not allowed into the enclosure. Food, alcohol and drink will be available to purchase at Chinawhite.

Lost Property

Within reason, we aim to collect, log, store and return items of property that are deemed to be genuinely lost by patrons at the Chinawhite enclosure and likely to be sought after by the original owner. If after the event you have an enquiry about other lost items, please email us.

 Drugs

There is a zero tolerance to drugs policy at Chinawhite during The Henley Royal Regatta. Offenders will be handed over to the Police and drug dealers will be prosecuted. Those caught in possession of personal drugs will be evicted from site whatever the circumstances

 Adverse Weather

As we all know, the weather in our great country is unpredictable, to say the least. With this in mind, access to certain areas within the enclosure is subject to change to ensure a great atmosphere for all our patrons.

 Sound and Lighting

Exposure to loud music can cause injury to hearing. Strobe lights, lasers, CO2 and smoke machines may be in use within the event site.
